Cancellation Policy
Cancellation & No-Show Policy
To provide the best service to all clients, we require a minimum of 48 hours’ notice for any appointment cancellations or reschedules.
Clients are allowed up to two reschedules within this 48-hour notice timeframe. After two reschedules, any deposits paid will be forfeited, and additional late cancellations or no-shows may result in a charge of up to 100% of the scheduled service to the card on file.
Appointments canceled or rescheduled with less than 48 hours’ notice, or missed appointments (no-shows), are subject to the same up to 100% service charge.
